Our Business and Corporate Supporters

Thank you to all our Business and Corporate Supporters who have helped us with grants, donations, donated items for our Inpatient Care Packages, or have raised funds for us. Every single £1 makes a difference and ensures we can continue to offer all our services free to young people living with CHD and their families.

Become a corporate supporter

The power of two teams working together can more than double the benefits of working alone. That is why Youth at Heart are keen to connect with companies both small and large to help you achieve your Corporate Social Responsibility goals whilst supporting young people aged 13 - 24 who are affected by congenital heart disease (CHD) and their families.

We are a small charity with big ambitions and are keen to work with companies wanting to make a difference to us, their employees, their community and themselves.

Being a corporate supporter could include lots of things. You could:

  • make us your charity of the year
  • donate items to go into our inpatient care packages
  • donate for a specific purpose e.g. cover costs of our Youth Workers who directly support young people affected by CHD and their families.

Have you thought about match funding? Involving your staff is a great way to demonstrate your Corporate Responsibility and hit your fundraising goals.

Together we can have some fun and help young people affected by CHD live their lives to the full.

If you would like to work with Youth at Heart through direct sponsorship or staff engagement, please call 07862 007909 or email us at contactus@youthatheart.co.uk

Currently it costs over £100,000 to run our charity each year, and in the current climate those costs are increasingly monthly, so we must raise more funds every year to continue our support of those who need us.
A donation of £100 covers the cost of one of our Youth Workers visiting a Young Person in hospital, chatting and playing games to relieve the boredom whilst giving the parents a welcome break from the bedside.

Explore Youth at Heart

Youth at Heart are a charity committed to young people aged 13-24, and their families, who are living with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) in South West England and South Wales.

We empower, inform and support them to live their best life.

For young people

We are committed to supporting you as you start your Transition Journey aged 13 and leading up to your Transfer from Paediatrics to Adult Services and beyond, until your 25th birthday.

For the whole family

Youth at Heart recognise that congenital heart disease affects the whole family, which is why our Youth Workers are there for families too.

For professionals

Youth at Heart is a charity independent from the NHS that works in partnership with health professionals across the South Wales & South West Congenital Heart Disease Network.

Get involved

Youth at Heart rely on funds being raised through donations, grants, events and activities and for people to get involved to help us carry on our important work.
