Our aim is to offer support, awareness and opportunity to teenagers, young adults (16 to 24) and their families in Gloucestershire, South Wales and across the South West of England, born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).

We are delighted to have reached our Phase 1 target of £100,000 which has enabled us to employ an Adult Cardiac Youth Worker. HUGE thanks to our supporters and volunteers who have worked tirelessly to achieve this.
